How can I communicate with an Employer/Freelancer during the bidding process?
Messages can be posted on the "Project Message Board" located just above the "Bids" section on the Project view. These messages can be private or public based on the users preferences.

What happens when I win a project?
Once your bid is accepted as a winner, the employer's contact information is released to you. From there, it is up to both of you to e-mail each other and handle the project.

How much does it cost?
It's absolutely FREE for employers to post jobs and hire developers. When a developer accpets a job, their account is charged a 5% commission fee -- this fee is payable through paypal or with a credit card.

What is the process for accepting a bid?
When a ideal developer has been chosen, the employer logs into their account and selects the developer of choice for the project. The developer is then notified and told to either accept the project or reject it. If the project is accepted, then the contact information is released to both parties and from there it is encouraged that the employer and developer communicate clearly what they expect of each other.

How do I deposit funds into my Phone Freelancer account?
Once logged in to your account, to deposite funds, select the "Manage Account" tab at the top of the page, and simply select the amount you wish to deposit. You will be required to have a PayPal account in order to send and receive funds/payments on this website. To open a PayPal account, please visit Paypal.com. You can deposit or withdraw funds from your Phone Freelancer account at any time.

How can I be sure a developer will not just steal my idea?
Phone Freelancer recommends both parties sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to the commencement of any development work.

As a Developer, how do I receive notification of new project postings?
You are automatically notified whenever any sort of activity takes place with your account. All of these notifications will be sent directly to your email.

Why is my account status showing as Frozen?
There are insufficient funds in your Phone Freelancer account to complete a transaction you instigated. To resolve this issue, please deposit funds into your account.
